Job summary

Littelfuse Phils., Inc. in Mexico is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Assistant to support daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will record plant transactions, reconcile GL accounts, process invoices, and handle tax and payroll payments with attention to compliance and timeliness. As a member of the accounting team, you will maintain records, assist with DIOT and INEGI reporting, and contribute to audit readiness while supporting continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Education as listed: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record all plant financial transactions including revenue and expenses.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts (AP/AR).
• Receive and record vendor invoices in the payment system.
• Process and execute tax and payroll payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit DIOT and INEGI statistical reports.
