Responsibilities

• Posts financial transactions to manual and/or automated accounting systems; balances and reconciles accounts.
• Compiles and prepares statistical and/or fiscal reports to meet management information needs.
• Responds to inquiries and explains procedures to operational employees.
• Maintains automated and manual files for financial data storage and retrieval.
• Performs general administrative tasks to support department operations.
• Audits information for accuracy in the financial accounting system.
