Job summary

Railbookers Group is expanding its finance team and seeks an Accounting Project Manager to lead strategic accounting initiatives across global operations. You will drive process improvements, implement systems, strengthen internal controls, and support month-end close initiatives in a fast-growing, multinational environment.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience leading projects or process improvements in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional accounting and finance projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive month-end close improvements including reconciliations and reporting.
• Document and standardize accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Support ERP, CRM, and financial system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with internal controls, audits, and compliance across jurisdictions.

With operations across multiple countries and continued strong growth, we are building a world-class finance organization to support our next stage of expansion.We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Project Manager who enjoys improving processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and solving complex accounting challenges.Position SummaryThe Accounting Project Manager will lead strategic accounting and finance initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of our global finance operations.
