Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to handle professional services for assigned clients, including project implementations, supervision of the Director/Manager, and developing solutions for clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will drive process optimization, back-office transformation, and ensure timely, accurate financial workflows across multiple clients, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience including month-end closing.
• Experience in project management and team management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Associate degree or equivalent required; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Exposure to AI technologies and cross-departmental projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects as project leader, monitor profitability and client expectations.
• Handle full accounting tasks across multiple clients and prepare financial reports.
• Implement new accounting projects and system implementations for clients.
• Process tax filings and payments for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing and other teams to develop new services and processes.
