Job summary

The PCA Group of Companies seeks a results-oriented Project Manager, Accounting, to lead complex accounting initiatives from planning to delivery in Ronkonkoma, NY. You will bridge Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations while improving processes and supporting system implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of accounting/finance project experience, ERP familiarity, and strong communication skills to drive timelines and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience managing accounting/finance projects and ERP initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting and Finance-related projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities between Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations, and other departments.
• Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure completed projects are transitioned into day-to-day accounting operations.
