Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior accounting, accounts payable, or project accounting experience
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Flexible, hands-on personality comfortable working with project managers, field employees, vendors, and ownership

• Accounts payable – invoicing coding, job bosting, vendor statements, check runs, month-end support
• Accounts receivable - customer billing, AIA billings, job setup/closeout
• Project Manager support – assisting with contracts, change orders, COIs, project documentation,
• General administrative and office support as needed
