Job summary

Reynolds Community College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Associate Professor - Accounting in the School of Business, Humanities and Public Service. This full-time, nine-month faculty-ranked appointment will be based at the Parham Road Campus in Richmond, Virginia.

The successful candidate will teach Principles of Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Auditing, Federal Taxation, and Cost Accounting, using multiple modalities and instructional technologies, and participate in

Qualifications

Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Accounting.
Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or college-level teaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use instructional technologies.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral/written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to teach in multiple modalities (online and in-person).
Commitment to diversity, cultural understanding, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Teach college-level Accounting courses including Principles of Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Auditing, Federal Taxation, Cost Accounting.
