Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or service industry.
• Experience with SAP and NAV; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer and vendor records across multiple companies.
• Apply payments and send customer statements regularly.
• Code financial data by ledger, region, and other categories for large datasets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GL edits.
• Support 1099 maintenance and month-end close.
• Perform account reconciliations and respond to inquiries.
• Identify process improvements through analysis.
• Handle other duties as required.
