Antithesis in Vienna, VA is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to build and run the backbone of our finance function. You’ll own the systems, workflows, and controls enabling smooth closes and scalable growth.

You should have 5+ years in accounting operations, CPA preferred, and hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite or Sage Intacct). The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, systems-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting operations or finance systems.
• Experience with ERP administration, ideally NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency configuration experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and translating it to system design.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the operational backbone of the finance function.
• Own ERP systems, workflows and controls to scale without disproportionate headcount.
• Drive global expansion of accounting and finance during rapid growth.
• Design and document accounting workflows, controls and policies.
• Partner with finance, engineering and ops to source and implement new tools.
• Drive automation across accounting and finance from operations to reporting.
• Build audit readiness infrastructure.
