Our client, a rapidly-growing tech start-up in McLean, VA, seeks a Manager of Financial Systems and Operations to join its team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this newly created role will own systems, workflows, and controls and build/scale the operational infrastructure of the finance function. Candidates are required to have 5+ years of relevant accounting ops/systems experience, with multi-entity and ERP implementation experience highly preferred. Compensation is targeted at $150K base plus bonus and equity. This role requires being in the office 5 days a week.
