Job summary

AWG Enterprises’ Accounting Operations Manager oversees Accounts Payable, Vendor Accounts Receivable, and Case Dispute Management, directing activities to ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls while mentoring team leads.

The role drives process automation, cross-functional collaboration, and strong customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers, partnering with IT to triage issues and guide deployments on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Experience in leading supervisors or multi-tier teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop functional supervisors, fostering accountability and growth.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to team leads.
• Set goals, monitor KPIs, and balance workload across sub-departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automated processes to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee system triage and partner with IT to resolve issues.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project deployments and strong internal controls.
• Relate financial performance to leadership and cost centers.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Legal on issue resolution.
