Twenty Technologies, based in Arlington, Virginia, seeks its first full-time Accounting hire to join the Finance and Operations team. You will establish and manage efficient, audit-ready financial processes for a high-growth software company, balancing today’s needs with scale.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Big 4 (or equivalent) audit and/or high-growth technology startups.
• CPA is favored, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with financial systems expertise.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced startup.
• Interest in AI workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and financial operations from annual to day-to-day workflows.
• Build for scalability by automating and optimizing processes.
• Prepare Twenty for future audits and compliance.
• Work with external partners including tax, vendors, and auditors.
• Optimize systems and data flows across internal tools.
• Develop internal policies and build strong relationships with leaders.
• Support special projects (real estate, compensation analysis, contracting).
• Provide cross-functional support (Legal, HR, Office).
