Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Seven+ years of accounting experience and leadership preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and allocations.
• Coordinate with AP, Payroll, Finance, and Revenue Cycle for close results.
• Act as primaryFinance SME for Workday accounting module and related systems.
• Lead audits and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting procedures and controls.
