TTI Success Insights in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist (AR & AP) to own invoicing and accounts payable processes. You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data, strong controls, and optimized ERP integrations across NetSuite and Bill.com.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6+ years of AR & AP experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Own AR & Invoicing: manage invoicing, ensure timely processing, monitor aging, resolve discrepancies across functions.
- Lead AP Processes: full-cycle AP, process payments, maintain vendor records, support 1099 reporting.
- Ensure Systems & Data Integrity: maintain ERP integrations (NetSuite, Bill.com), troubleshoot data issues, ensure accurate data feeds.
- Support Accounting Operations: assist month-end close, strengthen internal controls, assist with reporting requirements.

We are looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist (AR & AP) to own and optimize our invoicing and accounts payable processes. This is a high‑impact, individual contributor role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and system integrity across our accounting platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on accounting work and solving system/process challenges—especially when it comes to integrations and data flow between tools like ERP, billing, and expense systems.
- Manage all invoicing, including complex and custom billing scenarios
- Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and delivery
- Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies
- Perform full‑cycle accounts payable
- Process ACH, wires, and credit card transactions
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and support 1099 reporting
- Monitor and maintain integrations between systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across platforms
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data feeds
- Recommend and implement automation and process improvements
- Assist with month‑end close and reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Support compliance and reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6+ years of experience across accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience with ERP systems NetSuite preferred
- Experience with AP tools (e.g., Bill.com or similar)
- Experience working with system integrations and data flows is a strong plus
