Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred with 2–5 years accounting experience.
• Solid foundation in accounting and financial management.
• Ambition to grow into senior leadership and run the organization.
• Ability to learn the broader aspects of banking and financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting records and reports.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts; oversee AP/AR and investments.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership and the Board; assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Oversee ACL administration and related recordkeeping; support audits.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; monitor ALM and government reporting.
• Support BSA compliance and regulatory requirements; back up President/CEO.
