• Oversee ACL administration and related recordkeeping; support audits.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; monitor ALM and government reporting.
• Support BSA compliance and regulatory requirements; back up President/CEO.

A well-established financial institution is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Be Doing

As Accounting & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and operational effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the integrity and accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting
• Reconcile the general ledger and bank accounts
• Oversee accounting and operations functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, investments, financial reporting, and recordkeeping
• Prepare financial reports for leadership and the Board
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee ACL administration and related recordkeeping
• Supervise, train, and develop staff
• Monitor investments, ALM activities, fixed assets, and government reporting
• Support audits, regulatory requirements, disaster recovery testing, and record retention
• Monitor suspicious activity and support BSA compliance
• Process wire transfers, OFAC checks, ATM/debit activity, and shared-branch balancing
• Support members, auditors, and supervisory committee activities
• Serve as a key operational resource and backup to the President/CEO
