Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field + 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combo.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for HMSA and its subsidiaries, including general ledger and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure GAAP, SAP, and tax compliance; conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights for management decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team; mentor staff and promote collaboration.
• Participate in enhancing financial systems and processes to ensure data integrity.
