Modway, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Accounting Operations Manager to lead the accounting operations team on site at our East Windsor headquarters.

This role will report to the CFO and oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable, the monthly close process, and the creation of standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, brings 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing or wholesale environments, and demonstrates strong analytical skills, internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting operations
• Experience in manufacturing or wholesale environment preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Strong understanding of accounting operations and internal controls
• Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to interpret complex financial concepts (debits/credits, accruals, reconciliations)
• Advanced skills in accounting systems (ERP)

Responsabilités

• Lead AR and AP operations and supervise staff
• Oversee customer returns, processing fees, and chargebacks
• Support monthly general ledger close process
• Create and improve accounting SOPs
• Drive automation and workflow improvements
• Train and cross-train staff on procedures
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support initiatives
