• Supervise day-to-day Accounting Operations team; manage workflow, priorities, scheduling, and quality review.
• Oversee checks, ACH, wires, card settlement, payroll, and balancing to maintain internal controls.
• Review vendor payments and expenses using Avid and Concur; ensure approvals and coding accuracy.
