Job summary

RDR, Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking an accounting professional with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly to support government contracting finance functions.

You will perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and reconciliation across multiple accounting systems, while advising on process improvements and maintaining compliance with policy and fiscal controls. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with budget officers, settlement staff, and program resource teams

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and prepare vouchers for AP and check refunds.
• Collaborate with vendors, finance officers and contract staff on payments.
• Research expiring appropriations and monitor obligations.
• Coordinate AR activities: funds receipt, data entry, reconciliation.
• Record daily contract obligations in the NRO accounting systems.
• Assist in inter-governmental accounting and fund transfers.
