Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an A/P Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP in Sage Intacct, ensure accurate GL coding, and support month-end close from a remote-first setup with nationwide reach.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
