Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP, entry of invoices in Sage Intacct, and GL coding, while reconciling AP accounts and supporting month-end close.

The role includes processing expense reports and procurement workflow maintenance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, a degree in accounting or finance, and strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP including invoice entry and GL coding.
• Reconcile AP GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the primary owner of the procurement tool and approval workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
