You will oversee AR/AP, deposits, and ACH activity, implement robust controls, and ensure accurate invoicing across facilities. The role emphasizes process discipline, data quality, and timely financial reporting, with a focus on preventing errors and improving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in accounting or financial operations with team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume reconciliation and proactive financial controls.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits and electronic payment processing (ACH/Chargebacks).
• Ability to define and report KPIs and translate findings into action.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word; familiarity with proprietary systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~11 staff, set expectations, coach, and ensure continuity.
• Own end-to-end financial operations including AR/AP, deposits, and ACH activity; implement checks and balances.
• Oversee deposit reconciliation and accurate invoicing for each facility; address root causes of errors.
• Research, document and respond to disputes; monitor chargebacks and fraud patterns to minimize loss.
• Define and report KPIs on aging, collections, payment accuracy, and processing times; collaborate with IT for system issues.
