Qualifications

• Must have accounting experience or accounts payable/receivable experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• General accounting administration tasks as assigned by Controller/GM.
• Coordinate office supply orders and perform cashier duties.
• Answer phones, file documents, and back up team members as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
