Qualifications

• Experience with billing vehicle sales and titles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Bill new and used vehicle sales accurately and timely.
• Review deal paperwork for completeness, signatures and accuracy.
• Prepare and process vehicle titles and registrations.
• Process temporary tags, plate transfers and other registration transactions.
• Learn and use Web Dealer and other dealership systems.
• Verify lienholder and vehicle information.
• Track outstanding titles and follow up on missing documentation.
• Identifying and helping resolve paperwork discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized dealership records.
• Work closely with our sales, finance and accounting teams.
• Assisting with other accounting office responsibilities as you learn and grow.
