Job summary

The Stanley Auto Group is seeking an experienced accounting/office administrator to handle general accounting duties and support the finance team. The role requires prior accounting or AP/AR experience and a working knowledge of accounting concepts, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Accounting experience or Accounts Payable & Receivable experience with working knowledge of Accounting Concepts.
• Experience in dealership accounting is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word for daily accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office accounting tasks and general administration.
• Handle cashiering, filing, and phone coverage as needed.
• Back up team members and manage routine office duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and a clean work area.
• Support compliance with background checks and drug testing.

Accounting/Office Administration Requirements

• Must pass background check and drug test and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma Required
• PC Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Prior Accounting and/or Dealership Experience a Plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
