Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with property managers and leadership to support financial decision-making
• Utilize Yardi software for all accounting functions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management
• Recent hands-on experience with Yardi is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
