Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager, Treasury & Cash Management to oversee cash accounting and treasury transactions across all Revelyst brands. Based onsite in Irvine, you will lead order-to-cash processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP, reporting to the Director of Accounting.

You will mentor a team, optimize bank reconciliations, manage intercompany transfers, and support audits while collaborating with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle or NetSuite and payment processors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA license preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in accounting/treasury functions, including managing experience.
• Experience in public accounting or large/mid-cap companies—preferably in consumer products or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC topic 305.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Netsuite.
• Experience with various payment methods and processors, such as Shopify, Stripe, TSYS, PayPal, Adyen, Affirm and Amazon.
• Ability to work in a complex organization having multiple business units, brands and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Overview

The Accounting Manager, Treasury & Cash Management is responsible for the accounting for cash and other treasury related transactions in support of all Revelyst brands. This role leads the order to cash workflows maintaining compliance with accounting standards and supporting a team responsible for cash operations. This position reports to the Director of Accounting and is based onsite in our Irvine, CA office.

Salary

Pay Range: Annual Salary: $142,000.00 - $152,000.00. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
