3M HEALTHCARE in Minnesota is seeking a Manager, Accounting – Corporate Accounting and Reporting to lead complex financial analyses, variance reviews, and external reporting compliance.

You will develop financial plans, coordinate budgets, mentor staff, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls are followed, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• CPA/CMA or comparable designation.
• Experience with accounting theory in insurance/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and analyze complex financial data for variance analysis, reporting, and accuracy.
• Develop and validate financial analyses for KPIs (production, profitability, expense management).
• Prepare and create components of budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Ensure accuracy of internal management reports and external GAAP/SEC/SAP statements.
• Support Sarbanes‑Oxley controls and financial regulatory requirements.
