Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced accounting professional to apply GAAP principles and manage a variety of accounting responsibilities autonomously. You will work with minimal supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance across the finance function.

You'll prepare and review journal entries, reconcile trial balances, post monthly entries, validate upload accuracy, and support audits with documented processes and summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum two years corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with SEC reporting and consolidation accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, review, and reconcile journal entries, trial balances, schedules, and reports.
• Monthly, post journal entries and validate upload accuracy.
• Retains work papers supporting balance sheet detail.
• May prepare financial statements.
• Summarizes period-over-period variances and supports audit documentation.
