3M HEALTHCARE seeks a Senior Executive Associate / Project Manager to support the Minnesota enterprise and drive strategic initiatives across five business lines. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, manage projects, and coordinate stakeholders across a matrix organization.

The role requires strong communication, proven project management skills, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and logistics expertise.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment with confidentiality.
• At least 5–7 years of experience supporting senior management in corporate or equivalent settings.
• Ability to draw best practices from private, non-profit, and government contexts.
• Ability to understand and interpret multiple complexities of an evolving, growth-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and manage projects across the Minnesota enterprise.
• Establish trusted relationships to connect information, identify challenges, and support leadership.
• Develop and execute effective communication strategies for internal and external partners.
• Provide operational and logistical support during non-traditional hours as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and calendars for leadership and teams.
• Lead governance and delivery of significant enterprise projects using appropriate PM methodologies.
