Job summary

Paranet Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join as Controller with advancement potential to CFO. The role requires hands-on management of all accounting functions, invoicing, and internal controls within a fast-paced IT services environment.

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability and cash flow efficiency. On-site presence in Dallas is required.

Qualifications

• : Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
• : Conduct the monthly invoicing process for recurring revenue, Time & Materials, and Projects.
• : Build controls to ensure all costs are captured and appropriately billed to clients
• : Streamline all accounting procedures using best available technology
• : Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting for financial and tax reporting.
• : Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate audits.
• : Direct financial planning, strategy and forecasts and provide actionable recommendations.
• : Provide executive financial status briefings and strategic opportunities.
• : Direct timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting by the finance group.
• : Manage cash flow and forecasting.

Responsibilities
