Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 12+ years progressive accounting experience including financial reporting.
• 3+ years in management with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of close processes, internal controls, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shared services accounting operations, close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and mentor a team of accounting professionals, driving performance.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close and financial forecasting activities.
• Enhance internal controls and ensure SOX, DFARS, and related compliance.
• Lead system implementations, testing, and change management; drive automation.
