Luna Care Group is seeking a seasoned finance leader to own revenue accounting, AR valuation, and internal controls for our healthcare services. You will deliver audit-ready financials and drive revenue integrity across the organization.

You will monitor SLAs with RCM partners, hold vendors accountable to corrective actions, and improve cash conversion while thriving in our remote-first culture that emphasizes trust and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of progressive experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and ERP systems like NetSuite.
