Job summary

Virta Health, a remote-first company, seeks a senior revenue accountant to own the monthly revenue close, apply ASC 606, and provide analytical insights to leadership. You will collaborate with Strategic Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure accurate revenue recognition across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite, Zuora, or Looker. CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of relevant experience; CPA preferred.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge and ability to own revenue processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or reporting tools like NetSuite, Zuora, or Looker.

90 Day Plan:

• Take independent ownership of recurring revenue close activities and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and understand revenue systems.
• Identify at least one process improvement or automation opportunity.
