The manager will oversee payroll, reporting, audits, and interactions with tax partners while supporting the Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 and MS

Qualifications

• Degree in related field or comparable work experience.
• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with computers and MS or MS Dynamics programs; strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Accounting principles.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data entry, invoice processing, and recording transactions.
• Assist with audits or fact-checking and prepare reports for the Corporate office.
• Manage payroll and liaise with tax partners.
• Provide oversight and support to the Accounting Assistant.
• Collaborate with HR on small cross-functional tasks as needed.
