The manager will oversee payroll, reporting, audits, and interactions with tax partners while supporting the Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 and MS

We are currently conducting a search for an Accounting Manager to join the team of our a client, a manufacturer in Janesville.

This is a direct - hire opportunity with an employer that offers full benefits, advancement opportunities, and low turnover.

We are searching for a motivated Accounting Manager who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounting Manager can expect to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data entry, invoice processing, and recording transactions, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing reports for Corporate office, managing payroll and work with our tax partners. You will also provide oversight and support the Accounting Assistant.

The Accounting Manager should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

Potential candidate may also spend a small percentage of their week assisting with HR functions. This responsibility does not require any formal training, but some experience would be helpful.
