Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in creating and modifying Excel worksheets and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete and reconcile bank accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage cash projections and forecast plant cash flow.
• Execute weekly payment processes.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and cash journal entries.
• Calculate broker commissions and complete reconciliations.
• Execute quarterly royalty payments.
• Maintain and update intercompany sales tracking.
• Participate in year-end inventory processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiencies.
• Support audit requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
