Qualifications
3+ years of directly related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in creating and modifying Excel worksheets and pivot tables.
Strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Complete and reconcile bank accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Manage cash projections and forecast plant cash flow.
Execute weekly payment processes.
Perform month-end reconciliations and cash journal entries.
Calculate broker commissions and complete reconciliations.
Execute quarterly royalty payments.
Maintain and update intercompany sales tracking.
Participate in year-end inventory processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiencies.
Support audit requests as needed.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
