Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking an Accounting Manager for Payments and Platform Services Revenue to own revenue recognition, billing, and reconciliation for the Payments and Platform Services lines in the US and Canada. You will lead and grow the payments revenue accounting team, set priorities, review work, and deepen technical depth as volumes increase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with payment processing or transactional revenue.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including payments revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of money movements, including revenue recognition and billing.
• Lead month‑end and quarter‑end close for payments and platform services revenue, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing accounting team; drive process improvements cross‑functionally.
