EnviroVoters is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, grant tracking, and reporting across four CA offices. You will partner with the Finance Director and department leads to ensure accurate, timely financials that support program decisions and organizational growth.

The role requires nonprofit accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Four or more years nonprofit accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience running monthly close accurately and on time.
• Grant accounting experience and reporting
• GAAP knowledge for nonprofit reporting
• Strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills
• Clear, patient communication

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly close and daily accounting operations.
• Manage grants tracking and reporting for multiple entities.
• Oversee outsourced bookkeeper and payroll partners.
• Produce monthly budget-to-actual reports for departments and grants.
• Support year-end filings and Form 990 preparation.
