The hybrid role in South Boston, MA offers a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 and requires NetSuite implementation experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and nonprofit accounting exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting or leading NetSuite implementation.
• Great Plains to NetSuite implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and support annual audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Serve as a finance lead during the Great Plains to NetSuite implementation.
• Support data migration, testing, process improvements, and user training.

CFS has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in seeking a Accounting Manager-level consultant to support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in the organization’s transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and support annual audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Serve as a finance lead during the Great Plains to NetSuite implementation.
