Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading or supporting a NetSuite implementation.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.

CFS has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in the organization’s transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to NetSuite.

This role will be a hybrid position out of South Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and support annual audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Serve as a finance lead during the Great Plains to NetSuite implementation.
• Support data migration, testing, process improvements, and user training.
• Partner with finance, IT, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful ERP transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting or leading a NetSuite implementation. Great Plains to NetSuite implementation is a huge plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.

Compensation

$100,000 – $115,000, depending on experience and level.
