Job summary

Revity Management LLC in Warwick, RI, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day financial operations of a multi-entity renewable energy and construction organization. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective management of project-level and corporate accounting functions.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in project/job cost accounting, multi-entity structures, and construction-related compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven plus years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accounting experience in real estate, construction, or renewable energy space strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger oversight of month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Direct treasury strategy, cash utilization, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany funding for 65+ entities.
• Manage job cost accounting, including job setup, budgets, WIP, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and margins.
• Oversee construction draw management, from simple progress billings to complex draws with multiple funding sources and retainage.
• Oversee AP, vendor onboarding, invoice coding/approval workflows, lien waiver management, and subcontractor compliance.
• Prepare and review internal financial statements, variance analyses, and consolidated reports for multiple entities.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations and allocations, including eliminations and intercompany billing.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance; support audit and tax requirements with accurate GL documentation.
• Oversee SOP ownership and annual reviews; drive process improvements across treasury, AP, job cost, month-end, and reporting.
