Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, invites applications for an Accounting Manager based at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the monthly close for the Energy & Communications business within the National Solutions Division, while overseeing financial systems and internal controls.

You will partner with finance, cost accountants, shared services, and operations to ensure accurate data, governance, and scalable processes across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key leader in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial results.
• Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are properly supported, reviewed, and resolved.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP user access, including periodic access reviews and audit support.
• Ensure financial data flowing between systems is complete, accurate, and properly governed.
• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of internal controls across entities and processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts.
• Develop, improve, and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and reporting across U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
