Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the close process across multiple entities in North America. The role focuses on balance sheet integrity, internal controls, and financial systems governance, including NetSuite data integration.

You will partner with finance and operations to ensure accurate reporting, support audits, and drive standardization of accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Solid technical accounting foundation with the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite and SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes.
• Effective communicator able to partner across finance, operations, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key leader in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial results.
• Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are properly supported, reviewed, and resolved.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP user access, including periodic access reviews and audit support.
• Ensure financial data flowing between systems is complete, accurate, and properly governed.
• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of internal controls across entities and processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts.
• Develop, improve, and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and reporting across U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
