Oldcastle Infrastructure based at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close and balance sheet integrity for North America. You will partner with finance, operations, and shared services to ensure accurate financial data and scalable controls across multi-entity sites.

The role emphasizes governance of financial systems, internal controls, and cross-border reporting, with exposure to NetSuite and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing/multi-entity environments.
• Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite and SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results.
• Review and oversee balance sheet reconciliations with proper support and resolution.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP user access, including periodic reviews and audits.
• Ensure data flows between systems are complete, accurate, and governed.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.
• Support internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
• Assist multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and reporting across US, Mexico, and Canada.
