FinanceWithin is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close for multiple client engagements and present financial statements to clients. You will leverage strong QBO and Xero skills, advanced Excel, and solid business acumen to deliver accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in full-cycle accounting, multi-client consulting experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to support client success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-client or consulting role.
• Advanced in QBO and Xero.
• Experience with e-commerce (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com) is a big plus.
• Firm grasp of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and related accounting activities for clients.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements to clients.
• Create and monitor cash flow projections and position.
• Ensure proper margin recognition and revenue/expense recording.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other payment accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable for clients.
• Oversee reconciliation of balance sheets and amortization schedules.
• Support payroll management for clients.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis projects.
• Collaborate with FinanceWithin leadership to support the team.
