FinanceWithin, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead a pod of accounting professionals and oversee client financial reporting. You’ll direct close processes, reconcile balances, and ensure accuracy of all deliverables across several high-growth clients in an ecommerce context.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-cycle accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership in remote multi-client settings. Proficiency in QBO, Excel, NetSuite, and Xero is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-client or consulting role.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Advanced QBO and Excel proficiency.
• NetSuite and Xero experience a huge advantage.
• Experience with e-commerce clients is required.
• Experience reconciling Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com, etc.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• This role oversees a pod of Accounting Managers, bookkeepers and clients.
• Ensure timely weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Quality control of deliverables and data accuracy.
• Manage month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for the team.
• Lead client communications and escalation support.
• Oversee budgeting and document storage.
