Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• 2+ years in a multi-client or consulting role.
• Advanced in QBO and Xero.
• Experience with e-commerce is a big plus (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com, etc).
• Firm grasp of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and team-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing and all key accounting activities for clients with timely financial statements and audits.
• Cash flow projection and communicating cash position to clients.
• Create financial packages with proper margin recognition and reconcile transactions.
• Inventory management, PO monitoring, and adjustments.
• Reconciliation of bank, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and other payment accounts.
• Manage AR/AP and payroll for clients.
• Provide consulting support to clients on accounting-related work.
• General ledger accountability and financial profitability analysis.
