Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the close and technical accounting for our Energy & Communications business across North America. Based in our Atlanta, GA corporate office, you will oversee multi-entity, multi-currency reporting and drive internal controls.

You will partner with finance, operations and shared services to ensure accurate data, strong governance, and scalable processes, including NetSuite access and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, multi-entity environment preferred.
• Strong experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and provide audit-ready support.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP user access and periodic reviews.
• Ensure data governance across systems and multi-entity reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls across entities and processes.
• Assist internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
• Standardize accounting policies and close processes.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting across US, Mexico, Canada.
